Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative – Insurance Agency – Base Salary to 48k/year – Lansing, MI

• Our client, a 85-year-old privately owned insurance agency, has an immediate need for a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative.  The Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative will be responsible for partnering with producers to process new policies, renewals, and endorsements. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience with commercial lines.
• Knowledge of the construction and security bond industry.
• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed.
• Applied Epic experience.

Compensation:  The position offers a base salary up to 48k/year plus incentives.  Other benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, and PTO.  A 401k is available with a 6% contribution after 1 year. Our client offers a fun and challenging work environment and encourages self-starting without micromanaging.
